Requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
The product must be in brand new condition, unused, undamaged, and with original packaging, tags, and accessories.
A valid order number or proof of purchase must be provided.
Note: For safety and hygiene reasons, used sleeping bags or tents are not eligible for return or exchange.
II. Situations Where Returns and Exchanges Are Not Accepted
Requests submitted more than 30 days after receiving the product.
The product has been used or damaged.
Damage caused by natural wear and tear or personal operation.
Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange, except in special circumstances.
III. Return Process
Contact customer service via email, providing your order number and reason for return.
After confirmation by customer service, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address.
Return the product as instructed, keeping the tracking number for your records.
Once we receive the product and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will process the refund or exchange within 5-10 business days.
Note: Return shipping costs are usually borne by the buyer, unless the return is due to a product quality issue.
IV. Exchange Instructions
The exchange process is the same as the return process.
